Purpose: Simple service-based ticket management application built in CF.
Abstract: Modules will include –
- user, roles, and grouping
- create, modify, assign and track tickets
- derive metrics
- reports

This will be built with minimal js frameworks (i.e. jquery), clean CFM/CFC approach, and page help/documentation. I will be updating this post as I build the modules.
